Meeting with the caregiver that will be working directly with your family member, along with a representative from the company’s management is absolutely necessary to get a good idea of whether this will be a helpful route or not. Although online reviews can help you to select a starting point, they can’t give you any valuable information regarding whether the caregiver service will mesh well with your loved one’s needs.
